This position requires strong knowledge of clinical programming and involves managing staff, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining the physical environment, budgeting, and complying with DMH licensing regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, offer consultation on effective rehabilitative strategies, and foster strong relationships internally and externally. Adherence to all policies and procedures is essential, including established guidelines for cell phone usage.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Valid driver’s license in good standing, driving experience, and a solid driving record are required. Access to a personal vehicle is essential.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications will be required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2+ years of supervisory experience in human services, with knowledge of community-based treatment, funding sources, and treatment regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A flexible team player who can lead and motivate staff; eager to grow and learn in this role.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10
