This leader will oversee engineering execution across multiple product lines, establish modern software development practices, and build a high-performing global engineering organization.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines deep technical leadership with operational excellence and has experience building enterprise SaaS platforms in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>What you will do</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Engineering Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead all software engineering teams responsible for Assembly's products and internal platforms</li> <li>Build and mentor engineering managers and senior technical leaders</li> <li>Create a culture focused on accountability, execution, innovation, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent</li> <li>Manage both domestic and offshore engineering organizations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Product Delivery: </strong>Own successful delivery of:</p> <ul> <li>AI-enabled products and automation initiatives</li> <li>ARC platform</li> <li>Revenue Cycle technology platforms</li> <li>HL7 and interoperability solutions</li> <li>Customer-facing applications</li> <li>Internal operational systems</li> <li>Analytics platforms</li> <li>API development</li> </ul> <p><strong>Software Development Excellence: </strong>Establish best practices and drive engineering velocity while maintaining platform stability</p> <ul> <li>Agile delivery</li> <li>Sprint planning</li> <li>CI/CD</li> <li>DevSecOps</li> <li>Automated testing</li> <li>Release management</li> <li>Code quality</li> <li>Architecture reviews</li> <li>Technical documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technology Modernization: </strong>Partner with the CTO to execute the technology roadmap including:</p> <ul> <li>Cloud modernization</li> <li>AI platform integration</li> <li>Automation initiatives</li> <li>Platform scalability</li> <li>Security improvements</li> <li>Technical debt reduction</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross Functional Leadership: </strong>Partner closely with the following departments to translate business priorities into engineering execution.</p> <ul> <li>Product Management</li> <li>Operations</li> <li>Client Success</li> <li>Revenue Cycle Operations</li> <li>Data & Analytics</li> <li>Infrastructure</li> <li>Information Security</li>
