This role is responsible for leading end-to-end NextGen Enterprise implementations for new clients, ensuring systems are configured, optimized, and fully operational to support revenue cycle performance. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with NextGen Enterprise and a strong understanding of physician practice workflows and RCM operations.</p> <p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p> <p><u>Implementation & Onboarding</u></p> <ul> <li>Lead full-cycle NextGen Enterprise implementations for new Physician RCM clients, from discovery through go-live and post-live stabilization.</li> <li>Conduct workflow assessments and translate client-specific requirements into system configuration plans.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and NextGen support resources to ensure implementation milestones are met on time.</li> </ul> <p><u>NextGen Enterprise PM System Administration</u></p> <ul> <li>Practice, enterprise and location configuration</li> <li>Provider, facility, payer and insurance setup</li> <li>User/security/role administration</li> <li>Work queues and operational configuration</li> <li>Claim, charge, payment and adjustment workflows</li> <li>ERA/835 and claim/837 processing</li> <li>Statement and patient-billing configuration</li> <li>Rules, edits and claim-scrubbing configuration</li> <li>Test vs. Production environment management</li> <li>Identify and resolve configuration gaps that may impact billing efficiency, coding accuracy, or collections performance.</li> </ul> <p><u>Training & Client Support</u></p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver end-user training programs tailored to each client's staff and workflow.</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert for NextGen-related questions during and after implementation.</li> <li>Provide Tier 2/3 application support for existing clients as needed, troubleshooting system issues and recommending solutions.</li> </ul> <p><u>Process Improvement & Documentation</u></p> <ul> <li>Maintain detailed implementation documentation including configuration guides, data mapping specs, and go-live checklists.</li> <li>Contribute to internal best practice standards for NextGen implementations across the Physician RCM division.</li> <li>Collaborate with RCM leadership to identify opportunities where system enhancements can improve revenue cycle outcomes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p> <p><u>Required</u></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of hands-on experience with NextGen Enterprise, including implementation, configuration, and support.</li> <li>Deep expertise in NextGen modules: Practice Management, EHR, billing/claims, scheduling, and reporting.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of physician RCM workflows including charge capture, clai
