Interface Software Engineer

In addition, certifications that endorse our company as a great place to work.</p> <p> </p></div><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, document, test, modify, and deploy laboratory interfaces.</li> <li>Build and maintain HL7 and JSON integrations and SFTP connectivity. </li> <li>Work with third-party vendors to clarify system specifications and interface functionality. </li> <li>Investigate errors during interface development and testing, and support clients after deployment. </li> <li>Assist with the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of program features. </li> <li>Audit integrations, document findings, and provide quality assurance feedback. </li> <li>Respond to support requests from laboratory partners and facilities, and conduct interface training when requested.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>1–2 years of relevant experience building, testing, and deploying interfaces for EMR/EHR systems or other SaaS products.</li> <li>1+ year of HL7 experience or an HL7 certification. </li> <li>1+ year of laboratory operations knowledge. </li> <li>1–2 years of experience with SFTP clients. </li> <li>Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or a similar ticketing system. </li> <li>Experience with Jira and Confluence. </li> <li>English Advanced </li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software and workflows.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p></p> <div id="message-list_1787252923.252389"> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div> <div>#LI-REMOTE</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p></p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p> <hr> <h3>About us</h3> <p>AssureSoft is a multinational software development and information technology company providing strategic consulting, technology services, and outsourcing business processes.
