Senior Full Stack Engineer – Java/Spring Boot & React

In addition, certifications that endorse our company as a great place to work.</p> <p> </p></div><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare management systems across backend and front-end layers.</li> <li>Build and maintain Java and Spring Boot applications and services.</li> <li>Support existing Vue applications and contribute to UI modernization toward React.</li> <li>Independently own and deliver features across API and UI layers.</li> <li>Partner with Product and UI teams on Scheduler and related ECAL functionality.</li> <li>Develop new software solutions while supporting and modernizing legacy applications.</li> <li>Integrate user interfaces, server-side components, APIs, and databases.</li> <li>Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.</li> <li>Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including environments using AWS CDK.</li> <li>Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and related services.</li> <li>Collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable software.</li> <li>Manage medium-to-high complexity tasks independently and proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers.</li> <li>Gather requirements from internal teams and external stakeholders and propose technical solutions.</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.</li> <li>Apply automated testing, design patterns, clean code, and software engineering best practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong Java expertise.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Java SE, Java EE, and Spring Boot.</li> <li>Strong full-stack experience, including hands-on front-end development with React and/or Vue.js.</li> <li>Ability to independently deliver features across backend APIs and front-end UI.</li> <li>Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.</li> <li>Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.</li> <li>Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.</li> <li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code, and enterprise development practices.</li> <li>Experience supporting and modernizing legacy Java applications.</li> <li>Ability to work independently on medium-to-high complexity initiatives and collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with technical teams, product stakeholders, and business partners.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Nice to Have</strong></div> <ul> <li>React strongly preferred; Vue-to-React migration and front-end modernization alongside an existing Spring Boot backend.
