This role leads a defined portion of Revenue Operations with wide latitude over priorities for critical post-sale initiatives. It partners with leadership to shape the operating model, define scalable processes, improve handoffs, strengthen data integrity, and support growth across products, service models, and customer lifecycle motions. The role supports multidisciplinary initiatives across Implementation, Support, Customer Success, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Salesforce Development, Deal Desk, Field Coordination, Field Technicians, Condition Monitoring Engineering, and Operations.
