Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA.</p></div><p><strong>Finance Systems Associate (Winter 2027)</strong><br><br>Associate positions at Astranis typically last for twelve weeks, and are salaried roles designed for recent graduates from a four-year university.</p> <p>The Finance Systems Associate will support the Financial Systems team in maintaining, configuring, and scaling our core financial technology stack, primarily NetSuite and Ramp. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced aerospace startup, building scalable system documentation and training cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows across the company.</p> <p><strong>Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with the day-to-day administration, user management, and role permissioning for NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial systems</li> <li>Author, organize, and maintain clear system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides</li> <li>Design training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for internal employees on financial systems and expense submission workflows</li> <li>Field internal user support tickets, troubleshoot access issues, and help resolve system-related roadblocks</li> <li>Collaborate with the Finance team to test platform updates, new feature rollouts, and system integrations</li> <li>Help identify operational inefficiencies and suggest automated or system-driven solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduating with or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>Strong technical aptitude with an interest in systems administration, process mapping, and documentation</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly guides</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong organizational habits</li> <li>Passion for supporting mission-critical systems and scaling operations at a high-growth startup</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior exposure to or coursework involving NetSuite, Ramp, Jira, or Confluence</li> <li>Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, or leading workshops</li> <li>Basic understanding of corporate accounting operations, manufacturing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows</li> <li>Interest in space, aerospace technology, or high-growth hardware companies</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">The ba
