Many past interns have designed and tested hardware/software that is heading to space on our first satellite, and many of them are now full-time employees at Astranis. </div> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <h4>Role</h4> <ul> <li>Assist with support tickets and escalate as needed </li> <li>Perform onboarding and off-boarding tasks for employee lifecycle management including account management and computer provisioning</li> <li>Help with inventory management</li> <li>Keep documentation on infrastructure, policies, and procedures up to date</li> <li>Account management, troubleshooting, and password resets</li> <li>Assisting with infrastructure upgrades and larger projects</li> <li>Working closely with our engineering teams to provide support for the development and manufacturing of space hardware</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to address IT challenges as they arise</li> </ul> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <h4>Requirements</h4> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service</li> <li>Understanding of troubleshooting techniques</li> <li>Exhibits critical thinking skills</li> <li>Able to take notes and remember directions</li> <li>Experience with Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux</li> <li>Highly motivated with an interest in helping and teaching others</li> <li>Able to perform duties autonomously without much supervision</li> </ul> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <h4>Bonus</h4> <ul> <li>Experience with Network troubleshooting</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft 365</li> <li>Familiarity with troubleshooting/updating scripts</li> <li>Comfortable with replacing hardware in laptops and desktops</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">The base salary for this position is $1,750 per week.</span></p></div><div class="title">Base Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$1,750</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$1,750 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div><strong>U.S.
