You'll assist with the overall conformal coating workflow, supporting both automated equipment and manual application processes.</p> <h4 id="JobDescriptionPCBAConformalCoatTechnician-Role"><strong>Role</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Operate automated dispensing equipment and batch washing systems.</li> <li>Perform manual PCBA preparation and processes such as including component masking, staking, de-masking, and manual touchups.</li> <li>Provide feedback to improve staking coating drawings</li> <li>Perform all work according to work instructions</li> <li>Work with cross functional engineering team to support new developments</li> <li>Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to develop and document future activities</li> </ul> <h4 id="JobDescriptionPCBAConformalCoatTechnician-Requirements"><strong>Requirements</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-uuid="272366d1-4df1-43d9-9efc-20660b30d4a1">High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li> <li data-uuid="d2fed096-04c0-41c7-ab5a-7d2c082f9468">2+ years of experience working hands-on as a technician in the electronics industry</li> <li data-uuid="7fe034f3-6729-471d-bcf0-51eeea6b12bb">Experience with PCBA conformal coating and PCBA material handling</li> <li data-uuid="1d8d8351-f602-45a9-8296-8623e87535c3">Can read assembly drawings, work instructions, and travelers</li> <li data-uuid="ba5137e7-9d00-4c13-a3ca-1f135272edec">Familiar with windows style PC operating systems</li> <li data-uuid="1a1ee05d-e572-4193-8b63-0dac13049e7d">Ability to be onsite 5 days a week</li> <li data-uuid="a17ba517-aa4d-4aad-91e4-769f19e7c10e">Excellent attention to detail</li> <li data-uuid="8e6fa668-6d7a-4c19-b1dc-6b909ef3add3">Strong communication and teamwork skills</li> </ul> <h4 id="JobDescriptionPCBAConformalCoatTechnician-Bonus"><strong>Bonus</strong></h4> <ul> <li data-uuid="8f34561c-9dd9-4362-af47-ec3a0ee41443">A.S. electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering technology or equivalent technical programs</li> <li data-uuid="01a7d11d-e05a-4a24-a8b4-710d1899ea9f">IPC-A-610 certification and experience building to Class 3 and J-STD-001 Space Addendum standards.</li> <li data-uuid="80b11cc8-4354-402a-9de6-8e9219961c8d">Familiarity with programming and operating dispense equipment .</li> <li data-uuid="ea65af04-1e3b-4f4d-86ad-dbbfdf58370d">Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) enviroments.</li> <
