As a member of our group, you will work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other engineers to build front-ends for advanced products powered by data, AI or advanced analytics that will scale our Secondary Market business operations. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="744"> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="744"> <ul> <li>Help design, develop, or maintain scalable business products.</li> <li>Build responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), HTML, and CSS.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices.</li> <li>Debug issues, fix defects, and optimize application performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver products that meet business needs.</li> <li>Work with IT partners to ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.</li> <li>Document processes, configurations, and technical decisions.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <table width="744"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="744"> <p><strong>Candidate Background & Qualifications</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="744"> <ul> <li>Seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.</li> <li>Minimum 3.0 GPA (if recent graduate).</li> <li>Proven experience in front-end development.</li> <li>Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, etc.).</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and present assignments concisely and accurately.</li> <li>Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently, maintaining accountability over assigned tasks.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li> </ul> <p>The salary for the position is expected to be from $30 per hour to $32 per hour. The actual salary will depend on various factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience and credentials, salary expectations of applicable candidates, and other applicable market conditions. This position provides a weekly all-firm catered breakfast and lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday) as well as intern-specific meals and events.</p> <p>Note: Housing stipend may be available for interns who will be residing outside of the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) for the duration of the summer internship program (June 8 – July 30).</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
