Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>The<strong> </strong>HR Generalist<strong> </strong>supports employees and leaders across multiple locations by delivering a wide range of Human Resources services, including employee relations, talent support, compliance, onboarding, leave administration, workplace safety, and HR operations. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, helping ensure consistent HR practices, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a collaborative HR professional who enjoys working across multiple HR disciplines and can balance day-to-day employee support with operational and compliance-focused responsibilities.<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Employee Relations & HR Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment practices.</li> <li>Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and corrective action processes.</li> <li>Assist with employee engagement, retention, recognition, and development initiatives.</li> <li>Support leave administration, accommodations, and employee support programs.</li> <li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.</li> <li>Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.<strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Talent & Employee Lifecycle Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support recruiting and hiring activities, including offer preparation, onboarding, and new hire orientation.</li> <li>Serve as an HR contact for assigned locations and remote employees.</li> <li>Assist with employee lifecycle events, including transfers, promotions, status changes, and offboarding.</li> <li>Support workforce planning and staffing initiatives in partnership with managers and business leaders.</li> <li>Coordinate pre-employment and post-employment processes, including background checks, employment verification, and related documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance, Safety & HR Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support organizational compliance initiatives and assist with audits, reporting, and recordkeeping activities.</li> <li>Coordinate workers' compensation claims, return-to-work processes, and related employee communications.</li> <li>Assist with workplace safety programs, training initiatives, incident reporting, and corrective action follow-up.</li> <li>Maintain compliance-related documentation and support regulatory reporting requirements.</li> <li>Monitor HR, safety, and workforce-related metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Support HRIS administration, reporting, and data integrity efforts.</li> <li>Provide backup support for payroll processin
