Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Scheduler in support of large-scale manufacturing activities across multiple operational sites. This position is responsible for overseeing production scheduling strategy, coordinating closely with the Planning team, managing production order release schedules, and ensuring alignment between material availability, manufacturing capacity, and production execution.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules.</li> <li>Monitor work orders, production progress, capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule performance.</li> <li>Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Program Management.</li> <li>Identify schedule risks and proactively communicate impacts and recovery plans.</li> <li>Maintain accurate ERP production scheduling data.</li> <li>Review MRP requirements and assist with production work order management.</li> <li>Participate in and support daily production meetings.</li> <li>Prepare production reports, dashboards, and management presentations.</li> <li>Analyze schedule adherence, backlog, capacity, and on-time delivery.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Track action items and ensure commitments are completed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical discipline preferred.</li> <li>Equivalent combination of education and directly related manufacturing scheduling experience may be considered.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2-3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or a related environment.</li> <li>Strong ERP knowledge.</li> <li>Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and accountability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.</li> <li>ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent)</li> <li>Experience with MRP, capacity planning, and production control.&
