This role is responsible for executing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <h2 data-start="603" data-end="629">Key Responsibilities:</h2> <p data-start="630" data-end="1423">• Perform assembly, integration, and basic testing of mechanical and/or electronic components.<br data-start="724" data-end="727">• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and production documentation accurately.<br data-start="817" data-end="820">• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.<br data-start="892" data-end="895">• Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.<br data-start="982" data-end="985">• Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations.<br data-start="1046" data-end="1049">• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.<br data-start="1106" data-end="1109">• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.<br data-start="1182" data-end="1185">• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.<br data-start="1246" data-end="1249">• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.</p> <h3 data-start="1451" data-end="1467"> </h3> <h2 data-start="1430" data-end="1449">Qualifications</h2> <h3 data-start="1451" data-end="1467">Education:</h3> <h3 data-start="1451" data-end="1467"> </h3> <p data-start="1468" data-end="1568">Relevant studies or technical training in manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, or a related field.</p> <h3 data-start="1570" data-end="1587">Experience:</h3> <p data-start="1588" data-end="1753">A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
