If you live outside the Odessa/Midland area, you must be willing to relocate.</strong></p> <p>This role is ideal for individuals coming from organizations such as<strong> Eaton, Siemens, Honeywell, Motorola, Benchmark Electronics, Celestica, Jabil, Plexus, Cypress Semiconductor, or similar electronics manufacturing operations.</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>AST SpaceMobile is seeking detail-oriented for <strong>Technician I (CSAT Integration Electronics) </strong>that is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and supporting production of electronic satellite communication assemblies. Technicians perform critical manufacturing processes while following engineering drawings, production work instructions, quality standards, and ESD requirements. Successful candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and experience working with electronic components in a manufacturing environment.</p> <p><strong>Compensation & Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Pay:</strong> DOE, with overtime opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Schedule:</strong></li> <li><strong>Monday–Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (4x10)</strong> with <strong>paid lunch and breaks</strong> if you don’t punch out for lunch.</li> <li><strong>Monday–Thursday, 6:00 pm – 4:00 am (4x10)</strong> with <strong>paid lunch and breaks</strong> if you don’t punch out for lunch.</li> <li><strong>Friday – Sunday 6:00am - 6:00 pm (3x12) </strong>with <strong>paid lunch and breaks</strong> if you don’t punch out for lunch.</li> <li><strong>Friday – Sunday 6:00pm - 6:00 am (3x12) </strong>with <strong>paid lunch and breaks</strong> if you don’t punch out for lunch.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform harness dressing, including routing, lacing, shielding, and clamping of cables and harnesses within spacecraft modules.</li> <li>Electronic assemblies experience (boxes, heaters, RTDs, connectors) following interface control documents (ICDs) and installation drawings.</li> <li>Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and work instructions.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.4, and company quality standards.</li> <li>Use tools such as torque drivers, wire strippers, crimpers, heat guns, and harness forming boards.</li> <li>Perform point-to-point continuity checks and support in-process quality inspections.</li> <li>Maintain cleanroom protocols and electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls during assembly operations.</li> <li>Document work performed and reported any non-conformances (NCRs) to engineering and quality teams.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and integration teams to resolve technical issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical
