This role partners closely with senior leadership across key front office functions—including ticketing, partnerships, marketing, and operations—to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong financial expertise, business acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><em>Responsibilities:</em></p> <ul> <li>Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across the organization.</li> <li>Partner with department leaders across ticket sales, sponsorship, marketing, venue operations, and other functions to manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.</li> <li>Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate revenue initiatives, pricing strategies, capital investments, and new business opportunities.</li> <li>Provide dynamic financial forecasting capabilities and recommendations to optimize revenue generation, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.</li> <li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages and financial statements for
