Position Summary The Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective, safe, secure, and cost-efficient management of Atlas Energy Solutions facilities across all company locations. Based in Austin and reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this role serves as the enterprise owner for facilities operations, standards, maintenance, workplace services, vendor performance, and facility-related projects. This position will work cross-functionally with Safety, IT, Procurement, and business leaders to ensure Atlas facilities are appropriately maintained, secure, operationally effective, and capable of supporting the company's continued growth. The Facilities Manager will establish consistent standards and processes across the organization while recognizing the unique requirements of Atlas's corporate, field, and operational locations. The role will also provide centralized oversight of facility vendors and service providers, partnering with Procurement on sourcing, contracting, pricing, and vendor strategy while maintaining accountability for day-to-day vendor performance and service delivery.
