This role supports procurement and inventory control by analyzing data, forecasting needs, and ensuring timely availability of materials to meet operational demands.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze maintenance schedules and historical usage to forecast material requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to avoid shortages or overstocking.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct regular audits of material inventories and reconcile discrepancies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain min/max inventory thresholds aligned with operational goals.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Track supplier performance and escalate issues impacting material availability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in evaluating alternative materials or suppliers to reduce cost and improve reliability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Generate reports and dashboards to track material usage, inventory turnover, and cost trends.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support special projects such as warehouse optimization and vendor transitions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Other duties as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong> Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Required:</strong></span></li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">3 + years of experience in materials planning, inventory control, or procurement analytics.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency
