Atomic is B Corp certified and a BC Benefit Company.</p> <hr> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide updates, priorities, schedules, and status of all asset and shot tasks to artists and production leadership.</li> <li>Ensure Flow Production Tracking statuses and task assignments are updated and maintained.</li> <li>Coordinate and package asset and shot deliveries, including submission documentation.</li> <li>Document decisions and requests, and ensure items are tracked and managed appropriately.</li> <li>Ensure department teams are clear on daily delivery objectives.</li> <li>Ensure effective communication between teams and production.</li> <li>Communicate any schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders and escalate to the Supervisor/Producers as needed.</li> <li>Monitor progress and, issues and prepare reports if needed.</li> <li>Ensure work is being approved, completed on time and to specification.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Prior experience coordinating on CG Animated series or features.</li> <li>Experience with Flow Production Tracking.</li> <li>Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of personalities.</li> <li>Able to remain focused on the big picture without losing track of the details.</li> <li>Able to take direction and manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Technically savvy and proficient.</li> <li>Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.</li> <li>BC Residents are preferred for this role.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>START DATE: </strong>September 2026<br><img style="max-width: 100%;" src="https://i.imgur.com/b9k8twE.jpg" width="1200"><br><span style="font-size: 10pt;">- Applicants must have resided within BC as of December 31, 2025 and be able to provide the appropriate supporting documents.</span><br><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><em style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; text-align: start; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal;"><span style="color: #000000; font-family: arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-style: normal; white-space: pre-wrap;">- </span></span></em>&
