Our impact program is central to our vision and culture, focusing on employee wellness, diversity, charitable work, and ethical corporate governance.</p> <p class="x_xmsonormal"></p></div><p>Atlas HXM is looking for an <strong>HR Project Coordinato</strong>r to support Worker Dispatch responsibilities in Japan.</p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsibility for Worker Dispatch</li> <li>Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules</li> <li>Coordinate meetings where appropriate, take and distribute minutes to project team members.</li> <li>Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.</li> <li>Providing administrative support as needed.</li> <li>Undertaking project tasks as required.</li> <li>Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications & Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Have at least three (3) years’ experience in human resources/employment/labour management, such as experience in an HR department or as a branch chief or plant manager.</li> <li>Have completed the state-mandated Responsible Person for Worker Dispatching Undertaking seminar/training and is able to provide the certificate.</li> <li>Have good knowledge of labour-related acts and laws.</li> <li>Be able to conduct career development programmes and be accessible for employee consultations.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study </li> <li>Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.</li> <li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li> <li>Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.</li> <li>Ability to work on tight deadlines.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>This position description may not describe all duties, responsibilities, and skills associated with this position.
