Summer 2027 Internship - Environmental

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist with field data collection and environmental monitoring, including wetlands, habitats, wildlife, and water quality surveys. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support biological assessments, habitat evaluations, and species impact assessments under the guidance of project managers and technical specialists.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Record, organize, and enter technical data; assist with data analysis and preparation of graphs and tables. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Learn and follow established methodologies, protocols, and regulatory guidelines. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Utilize GPS devices and digital cameras in fieldwork.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Follow all Atwell safety protocols.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources, Wildlife Management, Wildlife Biology, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Basic knowledge of native and invasive plant species identification. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with file-sharing platforms. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Basic GPS data collection skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to navigate diverse and rugged terrain in varying weather conditions while carrying up to 50 lbs. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with project managers, clients, and technicians.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Our standard intern pay rates range from $19-$27 per hour. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> #LI-MM1&
