You will act as a trusted executive partner to the customer, translating strategic insight into sustainable revenue growth, organizational alignment, and flawless global execution</em><em>.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and lead the <strong>global Samsung account strategy</strong> across all business topics, products, and services, covering Korea, the US, and China, with full accountability for revenue growth and long‑term partnership outcomes.</li> <li>Define and execute <strong>long‑term share growth strategies</strong> across all ASM product segments at SEC.</li> <li>Drive <strong>early engagement and executive alignment</strong> for new products, technologies, and next‑generation innovations.</li> <li>Anticipate customer technology and business direction, identify emerging needs, and translate them into <strong>strategic opportunities and multi‑year growth plans</strong>.</li> <li>Build and manage a <strong>strategic opportunity and application pipeline</strong> in close alignment with Sales, KAT, Process, and Development teams.</li> <li>Sponsor and govern <strong>JDP engagements</strong> for new products and new application introductions.</li> <li>Ensure <strong>consistent penetration of new applications</strong>, with clear targets and accountability across regions.</li> <li>Lead executive‑level communication and presentations for both internal leadership and senior customer stakeholders</li> <li>Serve as the primary <strong>executive interface</strong> to customer R&D, fab operations, procurement, and senior management.</li> <li>Build, develop, and lead a <strong>high‑performing commercial organization in Korea</strong>, fostering strong collaboration across regions.</li> <li>Identify and shape <strong>regional and global growth opportunities</strong>, translating them into actionable business strategies.</li> <li>Coordinate complex, multi‑regional sales and technical efforts to ensure aligned execution.</li> <li>Establish and maintain <strong>long‑term partnership programs</strong> with SEC R&D centers, fabs, and procurement organizations to drive sustainable revenue and strategic positioning.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>18
