Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential. </p></div><p><strong>Job's mission</strong></p> <p>As a Global Planning Process Lead, you will strengthen ASM’s global planning capabilities by shaping standards that support our long-term growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with global process owners, IT, and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance (SAP, Kinaxis), drive harmonization, and elevate planning efficiency across regions. Your work will help ensure that our supply chain is resilient, data-driven, and ready for what’s next in the semiconductor industry.</p> <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end process mapping and standardization efforts, simplifying workflows and translating business requirements into scalable digital capabilities and solutions.</li> <li>Own global planning process standards and the associated business capability roadmap, driving alignment from process design through implementation, adoption, and sustainment.</li> <li>Define and prioritize business requirements for end-to-end planning solutions, partnering with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to support solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.</li> <li>Establish and govern master data standards, business rules, process controls, performance measures, and traceability requirements to enable safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.</li> <li>Partner with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to optimize end-to-end processes and improve operational performance.</li> <li>Ensure planning system capabilities align with enterprise process standards, digital platform strategy, and target-state business process design.</li> <li>Collaborate with global process owners, functional leaders, and IT teams to continuously enhance system capabilities, improve user adoption, and advance process and platform maturity.</li> <li>Ensure planning processes, controls, and system configurations comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.</li> <li>Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on process performance, standardization opportunities, capability gaps, and continuous improvement priorities.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives that leverage process, system, and operational data to increase efficiency, visibility, decision quality, and business outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience in planning or supply chain</li> <li>Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis Supply Chain Management solutions</li> <li>Knowledge in supply chain and procurement operations process</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.&
