Drive process performance, resolve technical escalations, enhance customer satisfaction, and cross-functional execution while building a high-performing field process engineering team<br><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you will be working on</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Customer & Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor</li> <li>Anticipate customer technology and process needs to support long-term growth</li> <li>Lead a field process team responsible for process development, qualification, optimization, and troubleshooting</li> <li> <div>Own and drive critical customer escalations through timely resolution</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>NPI & HVM Programs Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead NPI programs through qualification and successful HVM adoption</li> <li>Ensure on-time delivery of process and product milestones</li> <li>Drive process performance, tool uptime, and customer success in HVM transition phase</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with ASM R&D, Product Engineering, KPU, Business Units, Field Service, and Sales teams to execute technology programs</li> <li>Align stakeholders on priorities, action plans, and execution timelines</li> <li>Provide customer feedback to improve product and process performance</li> <li>Support technology roadmap development with internal and customer teams </li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership / Business & Strategic Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li>Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing process engineers</li> <li>Foster a culture of safety, accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Build a team capable of independently solving complex technical challenges.</li> <li>Support business growth through successful technology adoption and customer satisfaction</li> <li>Create visibility into key technical issues and drive execution across organizations</li> </ul> <h3> What we are looking for</h3> <ul> <li>PHD or Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline</li> <li> <div>12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 9+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD in the semiconductor industry, with strong expertise in thin-film processes such a
