As a Sales Manager I at ASM, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to support business development, introduce new technologies, and contribute to long-term customer success.</p> <p> </p> <hr> <h2>What you will be working on</h2> <ul> <li>Manage assigned customer accounts and support all business activities related to ASM products and services.</li> <li>Drive revenue growth and increase market share within assigned accounts.</li> <li>Introduce ASM products, technologies, and solutions to customers.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify new business opportunities and application areas within customer organizations.</li> <li>Prepare internal and external presentations, reports, and business updates.</li> <li>Work closely with Sales, Process, Applications, and Product teams to support account strategies.</li> <li>Support new product and application engagements with customers.</li> <li>Communicate customer needs and market feedback to Product Management and Development teams.</li> <li>Coordinate effectively with cross-functional sales and technical teams to support customer objectives.</li> <li>Support customer procurement, manufacturing, and R&D organizations to strengthen ASM's position.</li> <li>Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.</li> <li>Contribute to account planning and execution of short- and long-term business objectives.</li> <li>Support customer partnership initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Maintain regular customer communication to ensure a high level of engagement and support.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What we are looking for</h2> <ul> <li>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales, marketing, business development, or related customer-facing roles.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Engineering background is preferred.</li> <li>Experience managing customer accounts and supporting business growth initiatives.</li> <li>Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and thin film deposition technologies is preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional and matrix organization.</li> <li>Experience interacting with customer R&D, Manufacturing, and Purchasing organizations.</li> <li>Interest in emerging semiconductor technologies and industry trends.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, planning
