In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, develop team capabilities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</div> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will be working on</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Lead daily production operations to ensure manufacturing plans are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule</div> </li> <li> <div>Allocate and manage workforce resources, monitor production progress, and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide regular updates on production performance, challenges, and shift status to manufacturing leadership</div> </li> <li> <div>Lead, coach, and develop technicians and operators to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives</div> </li> <li> <div>Manage hiring, performance reviews, workforce planning, and employee development activities for the production team</div> </li> <li> <div>Drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity</div> </li> <li> <div>Ensure compliance with ASM quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and EHS requirements</div> </li> <li> <div>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace while promoting a strong safety culture</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and other production teams to support business goals</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures to support operational excellence</div> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</div> </li> <li> <div>Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, capital equipment, aviation, semiconductor, or other technical production environment</div> </li> <li> <div>Minimum 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience managing technicians, operators, or manufacturing personnel</div> </li> <li> <div>Hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing, assembly, troubleshooting, or related technical operations</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal ski
