You’ll oversee Atwell's Regional Safety Managers, help create consistency and accountability across our safety program, and serve as an important connection between our field teams and company leadership.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We're particularly interested in candidates who understand the safety challenges associated with <strong>utilities, electric transmission and distribution, generation, infrastructure, or utility construction</strong> and who have supported operations across multiple locations and states.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States, with significant travel required.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You'll Do</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Regional Safety Managers located throughout the United States.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create consistency and accountability across regional safety programs, expectations, reporting, and execution.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><spa
