If you're looking for greater visibility, more ownership, and a direct path toward leadership, we'd like to talk.</p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Lead residential and commercial land development projects throughout the Seattle metro area.</li> <li>Manage projects from due diligence, entitlements, and permitting through construction.</li> <li>Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with developers and local agencies.</li> <li>Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.</li> <li>Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.</li> <li>Help grow Atwell's presence in one of the most dynamic development markets in the Pacific Northwest.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li><strong>PE License required.</strong></li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li> <li><strong>6+ years of residential and commercial land development experience.</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of site development, permitting, local agency coordination, and construction practices.</li> <li>Proven success managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, and schedules.</li> <
