Current projects include oil and natural gas, CO₂, hydrogen, and renewable natural gas (RNG) pipelines and related facilities. As a Structural Designer at Atwell, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating structural design efforts with a strong understanding of project scope, schedule, key milestones, deliverables, and allocated design hours. You will ensure that all work adheres to Atwell’s quality standards, client specifications, and applicable industry codes while supporting the design process from concept through construction documentation. This role will primarily involve the design of industrial ductwork, reinforced concrete structures, and structural steel components for pipeline and facility projects. Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor is strongly preferred, along with experience producing detailed construction drawings for industrial and midstream energy infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities <ul> <li>Interpret and implement structural design input from the Lead Structural Engineer for oil and gas facilities, including pipelines, compressor stations, terminals, and processing plants</li> <li>Develop detailed construction documents, including structural plans, sections, and connection details for steel and concrete structures commonly used in oil and gas infrastructure</li> <li>Develop and detail ductwork layouts and designs for oil and gas facilities, coordinating duct routing, supports, equipment connections, and clearances with structural, mechanical, piping, and other disciplines</l
