Working under the direction of a Development Manager, this role helps coordinate resource allocation, schedules, cost tracking, and technical adequacy to ensure projects are completed in a cost-effective and competitive manner. The Assistant Development Manager assists with the day-to-day execution of the business deal and helps ensure projects stay on time and within budgetary constraints, while building the skills and experience needed to progress toward a Development Manager role. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency regarding the essential functions of the job found below.
