This opportunity will initially support a distribution line relocation project involving parcel acquisition activities and offers the potential to transition into a long-term utility program supporting electric transmission, electric distribution, and natural gas infrastructure projects across the region.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for professionals ranging from emerging acquisition agents to highly experienced ROW specialists with utility and title experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Acquire easements, rights of way, permits, and other land rights needed for utility infrastructure projects</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Meet with landowners, explain project requirements, and negotiate agreements</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain positive relationships with property owners, public agencies, attorneys, and project stakeholders</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review title reports, ownership information, and property records as needed</span></p> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"> <p><span style="font-size
