This role handles logistics, documentation, procurement, and financial support activities that keep high-voltage projects running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, an employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency regarding the essential functions of the job listed below.<br>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<br><br></p> <ul> <li>Manage shipping and receiving of project materials, tools, and equipment.</li> <li>Maintain test equipment tracking, including calibrations, assignments, and returns.</li> <li>Coordinate rental equipment procurement, ensuring availability and cost-effective sourcing.</li> <li>Create, process, and maintain purchase orders for materials, rentals, and services.</li> <li>Support project setup and opening, including documentation, job folders, and internal systems.</li> <li>Assist with invoicing, ensuring accurate billing and timely submission.</li> <li>Provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including coding invoices and tracking payments.</li> <li>Oversee time & expense support, ensuring accurate entry, approvals, and compliance with company policies.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with project managers, field technicians, vendors, and internal departments to keep projects on schedule.</li> </ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in project coordination, construction administration, or
