You'll work directly with developers, municipalities, and decision-makers while taking projects from concept through construction. <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Lead site civil and land development projects throughout the Reno-Sparks market.</li> <li>Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and civil infrastructure improvements.</li> <li>Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.</li> <li>Coordinate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Partner directly with clients to deliver successful residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments.</li> <li>Help grow Atwell's presence in one of the West's fastest-growing development markets.</li> </ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> Required <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license.</li> <li>4+ years of civil land development experience.</li> <li>Experience with site development design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.</li> <li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <l
