In this role, you will manage diverse projects varying in size, scope, and complexity while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Atwell offers a flexible, entrepreneurial environment, a vibrant office culture, and the opportunity to work with clients and teams across the country. <h3>Project Leadership & Management</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead project teams in the preparation, review, and delivery of preliminary and final site plans, engineering designs, and construction documents.</li> <li>Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project analyses to support successful project execution.</li> </ul> <h3>Technical Expertise</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Review and evaluate survey data, existing site conditions, and development constraints, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, condominium documents, and related records.</li> <li>Prepare and oversee engineering analyses and design documentation, including: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Hydrologic and hydraulic studies</li> <li>Due diligence and site feasibility reports</li> <li>Engineer’s opinions of probable construction costs</li> <li>Utility system calculations</li> <li>Detention and retention pond design calculation
