You'll provide safety oversight across multiple job sites, build strong relationships with field teams and operational leaders, and help ensure our employees have the tools, training, and support they need to work safely.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role does not have direct reports. Instead, you'll take ownership of safety across an assigned geographic region, supporting approximately <strong>200 field employees</strong> and maintaining a consistent presence across project sites. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in <strong>utilities, electric transmission and distribution, generation, construction, infrastructure, or other field-intensive industries</strong>. Pasted text</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You'll Do</span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide safety oversight and support for field employees across an assigned geographic region.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Regularly visit project sites and field crews to maintain a strong, visible safety presence.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct safety audits involving personnel, equipment, job-site conditions, and work practices.</span></li> &l
