If you're passionate about shaping communities through thoughtful design and want to work on challenging, high-profile projects, this is your opportunity to thrive.</span></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Accountability and Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Designs renewable energy site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D with a focus on ground mounted solar arrays and battery energy storage systems (BESS).</li> <li>Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout.</li> <li>Prepares and computes, but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis.</li> <li>Assists in production of final construction drawings.</li> <li>Prepares permit applications for applicable municipal agencies.</li> <li>Assists project managers as requested.</li> <li>Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects. </li> <li>Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.</li> <li>Attends client and public meetings- days or evenings.</li> <li>Participates in business development efforts as requested.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Outstanding Interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a variety of people.</li> <li>Adaptable and able to respond quickly and accuratel
