You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Job Description</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Resourceful Support: </strong>Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>CAD Proficiency: </strong>Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring they align with Atwell's standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Drawing Production: </strong>Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts, and construction staking.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Survey Data Analysis: </strong>Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions
