You will support mutual success with both the clients and NEI by providing quality deliverables that are on time and within the defined budget. Essential Responsibilities What you will do: <ul> <li>50% QA / QC work: Implement the NEI Quality Assurance Plan. Check the work of designers, drafters, and engineers for overall quality and accuracy.</li> <li>20% Training: Train junior level engineers and designers in areas of physical design of electrical substations & BESS facilities.</li> <li>20% Writing: Write technical go-bys and training documents. Assist with the creation and enforcement of technical standards across the department.</li> <li>Phase Manager (PPM): Your primary responsibility will be technical leadership, short-term focus on project scope, budget, and execution, and ensuring technical quality.
