A Team Lead’s primary responsibility will be the accurate, timely, and quality completion of Electrical Engineering scopes assigned to the team. The Team Lead will assist in the development of the department’s Standard Best Practices (SBP’s) and enforcing/implementing them when pertinent. Team Leads will be a mentor and coach to team members on their team and help them grow individually as professionals. This opportunity is only available to candidates in or around Midland/Odessa, TX via remote. Candidates can work remotely from this geographical location.
