The firm’s Investor Operations effort has a high degree of responsibility and corresponding visibility externally with limited partners and internally with senior management. The Co-Op will handle outbound communications to investors as well as a variety of inbound inquiries specifically related to Audax Private Debt. The role requires the ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and deliverables in a deadline-oriented environment. Successful candidates are creative problem-solvers and self-starters who have the proven ability to produce results. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, quantitative and qualitative reasoning ability, and a rigorous work ethic are prerequisites.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain CRM data quality through routine review of investor data and assist with data backfills when needed.</li> <li>Support downstream internal and external custodian investor reporting by coordinating inputs, performing quality checks, and helping ensure timely, accurate delivery.</li> <li>Assist with ad hoc anti-money laundering screening, escalating as needed, and documenting outcomes per internal procedures.</li> <li>Maintain the DDQ/RFP library by updating/organizing categorization to standard responses, and ensuring version control along with content consistency.</li> <li>Monitor vendor and platform invoicing to payment completion and establish a calendar of deliverables.</li> <li>Assist with new product onboarding by tracking required steps, coordinating stakeholder reviews, and maintaining documentation.</li> <li>Monitor news and research licenses by tracking renewals and entitlements to keep access current.</li> <li>Support fundraising industry news deliverables by gathering articles and compiling materials for data input.</li> <li>Cross-train to provide overflow support for investor onboarding, correspondence merging, monthly/quarterly reporting, and ad hoc requests.</li> <li>Complete special projects as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPETENCIES: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.</li> <li>Knowledge of private debt or private equity industri
