Our mission is to transform how people and machines work together to push the boundaries of human productivity.</p></div><p><strong>Product Manager, Machine Health & Industrial AI Workforce</strong></p> <p>You are a Product Manager who will drive key initiatives across Machine Health and Augury's emerging Industrial AI Workforce offerings.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of industrial AI, machine health, IoT, enterprise software, and operational workflows. You will help expand Augury's machine coverage and bring AI-powered experiences to reliability, maintenance, and operations teams.</p> <p>You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, GTM, Operations, and strategic customers to take products from concept through launch and adoption. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to turn ideas into products with measurable customer impact.</p> <p><strong>A Day In Your Life</strong></p> <p><em>Support Machine Coverage Strategy</em></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for expanding Augury's machine coverage across asset types, environments, and customer segments</li> <li>Help develop scalable offerings that combine hardware, software, analytics, services, and AI</li> <li>Support solutions that balance coverage expansion, diagnostic quality, operational scalability, and customer trust</li> </ul> <p><em>Build Industrial AI Offerings</em></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Engineering, AI, and Data Science teams to bring AI-powered workflows and agentic experiences to market</li> <li>Contribute to products that support reliability, maintenance, and operations workflows, including root cause analysis, asset strategy, and production optimization</li> <li>Translate customer pain points into scalable AI-enabled solutions</li> </ul> <p><em>Drive Product Execution</em></p> <ul> <li>Lead product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, execution, launch, and post-launch measurement for your initiatives</li> <li>Align stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial teams</li> <li>Deliver products that drive adoption, customer value, and business impact</li> </ul> <p><em>Partner Closely with Customers</em></p> <ul> <li>Engage directly with strategic customers and Design Partners to validate solutions and gather feedback</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of plant operations, maintenance workflows, and operational challenges</li> <li>Build products grounded in real-world industrial use cases</li> </ul> <p><em>Support Commercial Readiness</em></p> <ul> <li>Partner with GTM, Finance, and Operations teams on packaging, pricing, launch planning, and support models</li> <li>Help ensure offerings are technically strong, commercially clear, and operationally scalable</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of Product Management experience</li> <li>Experience building B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, IoT, or data-driven products</li> <li>Track record taking products from strategy through launch and measurable impact</li> <li>Strong cross-funct
