Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, you will serve as the primary legal advisor on all human resources, talent acquisition, and employment law matters. Additionally, you will support the broader legal function by assisting with key corporate matters, including contract drafting, commercial agreement reviews, and corporate governance.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Employment & HR Legal Advisory</strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Partner closely with the People/HR team and senior leadership to provide actionable, business-oriented legal advice across the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, hiring, performance management, offboarding, and executive compensation).</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Draft, review, and refine employment-related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, severance packages, and consultant/independent contractor agreements.</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Monitor, interpret, and advise on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, state pay transparency laws, remote work compliance).</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Oversee and conduct internal workplace investigations in collaboration with HR, ensuring fair, prompt, and compliant resolutions.</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Develop, update, and implement company-wide HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines to ensure compliance across all operational jurisdictions.</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Manage outside litigation counsel on employment-related claims, agency charges (EEOC/state equivalents), or disputes as needed.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Corporate & Commercial Support</strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and master service agreements (MSAs).</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Provide legal support on cross-functional initiatives, including M&A integration, corporate restructuring, or international expansion as needed.</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">● </span>Identify legal risks across business operations and propose proactive, scalable solutions that align with business strategy.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualif
