Our organic strategy needs to win both.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="5:1-5:408;431-838">You'll be the Senior SEO / GEO Manager, owning organic strategy end to end across SEO, GEO, and AEO. You'll report to the VP Growth and manage one SEO Specialist.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="11:1-11:319;1026-1344">This is not a role that only writes decks. You'll set the plan, manage your one direct report, and stay hands-on in the work - auditing sites, writing briefs, fixing schema, and running crawls yourself.
