<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Job Overview</strong> </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">As a Content Strategy Manager, you will be an integral member of the AvidXchange</span><span style="color: #0684c9;"><strong> </strong></span>marketing team, helping develop high-impact content and research-driven thought leadership that builds brand authority, engages prospective customers, and supports business objectives. </p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">This role is ideal for a strong writer, editor, and strategic thinker who enjoys turning complex topics, proprietary research, and subject matter expertise into compelling stories. You will lead content projects from idea through publication, partner across marketing and communications, and support select public relations initiatives. The role is primarily focused on long-form content strategy, editorial development, and research-driven thought leadership rather than social media management or technical SEO. </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"> </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies and thought leadership programs aligned with marketing priorities, audience needs, and business objectives. </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Collaborate with demand generation, digital, brand, public relations, product marketing, and subject matter experts to develop, refine, and amplify content across channels. </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Use proprietary survey research, industry trends, and subject matter expertise to develop clear, differentiated narratives and actionable insights for target audiences. </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Manage all aspects of content creation, including strategy, research, writing, editing, and production for research-based white papers, eBooks, blog articles, executive thought leadership, case studies, webinars, and other long-form assets. </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;"> Use audience insights, performance data, and search best practices to inform content decisions and improve discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search experiences. </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Support public relations initiatives as needed, including editing press materials and executive thought leadership, coordinating internal reviews and approvals, and helping maintain consistency across earned and owned content. </span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"> </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Three or more years of experience developing long-form B2B marketing, editorial, or thought leadership content and managing the content process from concept through publication </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span style="color:
