This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team working at the forefront of autonomous mobility technology.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">In this role, you'll apply your automotive, mechanical, and electrical expertise to complex vehicle systems while serving as a technical resource for other technicians. From hardware installation and system integration to advanced diagnostics and field support, your work will directly impact the reliability, safety, and performance of the company's autonomous vehicle fleet.</p> <p>We’re looking for an experienced automotive technician who is hands-on, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable troubleshooting complex systems. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical and electrical backgrounds, experience working with advanced vehicle technology, and the ability to mentor and support other technicians.</p> </div> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead the installation and integration of vehicle hardware, including sensors, compute modules, wiring harnesses, connectors, and electronic components.</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and system-integration issues.</li> <li>Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades.</li> <li>Assess vehicle issues and determine appropriate repair or corrective actions.</li> <li>Support field testing and deployments, including troubleshooting and emergency technical response.</li> <li>Monitor vehicle condition and proactively identify potential reliability or safety issues.</li> <li>Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to troubleshoot problems and provide feedback on hardware and processes.</li> <li>Use diagnostic equipment, technical schematics, and documentation to identify and resolve system-level issues.</li> <li>Perform electrical work involving AC/DC systems, sensors, connectors, wiring, and control modules.</li> <li>Maintain technical documentation, tools, equipment, inventory, and shop readiness.</li> <li>Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and troubleshooting best practices.</li> </ul> <h2 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Required Skillset: </strong></h2> </div> </div> <div class="field"> <div id="requirements" class="textarea disabled"> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive service, robotics i
