Every product we develop, every test we conduct, and every service we launch is anchored in our vision of creating a safer and more sustainable world with help of cutting-edge technologies and breakthrough solutions.</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>The Senior Manager, HR Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing U.S. HR Operations to ensure a compliant, efficient, and employee-focused experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role serves as the operational owner of HR systems, payroll administration, benefits administration, compliance, employee records, performance management processes, and HR service delivery.</p> <p>The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to build scalable HR infrastructure that supports organizational growth while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p><strong>HR Operations Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the day-to-day HR Operations function across the United States.</li> <li>Develop and continuously improve HR processes, workflows, and service delivery standards.</li> <li>Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Serve as the primary escalation point for operational HR matters.</li> </ul> <p><strong>HR Systems & Technology</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and optimize the company’s HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, PEO and EOR platforms, ATS integrations, and workforce management tools.</li> <li>Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, and reporting capabilities.</li> <li>Lead HR system implementations, enhancements, and process automation initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Workforce Planning & Talent Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans, onboarding readiness, and workforce growth initiatives.</li> <li>Support headcount tracking, organizational changes, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.</li> <li>Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees and contractors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance & Employee Relations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li> <li>Monitor legal and regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to policies and processes.</li> <li>Support employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance improvement processes, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.</li> <li>Partner with legal counsel and HR leadership on employment-related matters when required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee administration of employee benefits programs and annual enrollment activities.</li> <li>Act as the primary liaison with benefits brokers, carrie
