AXON is proudly an AVENIR GLOBAL company.</p> <p><strong>Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and highly organised <strong>Events Manager</strong> to join our London team.</p> <p>The successful candidate will manage the planning and delivery of a wide range of pharmaceutical meetings, congresses and events for clients across AXON's Practice Groups, with a primary focus on our Medical Practice. From initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation, you will ensure every event is delivered seamlessly, compliantly and to the highest possible standard.</p> <p>As the lead contact for event logistics, you will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal account teams to create exceptional experiences while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and has a passion for delivering outstanding events within the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Accountability</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end delivery of UK and international pharmaceutical meetings, congresses and events</li> <li>Develop event timelines, project plans and budgets to ensure successful delivery</li> <li>Source venues, negotiate with suppliers and coordinate third-party vendors</li> <li>Manage speaker logistics, travel arrangements, accommodation and delegate management</li> <li>Develop and manage HCP contracts and supporting event documentation</li> <li>Ensure all event deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards</li> <li>Compile post-event reconciliation, financial reporting and audit documentation</li> <li>Champion compliance throughout every stage of event planning and delivery, ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical industry codes including ABPI, EFPIA and other relevant regulations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Services</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all event logistics and operational delivery</li> <li>Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication</li> <li>Understand client objectives and provide strategic event solutions to meet their goals</li> <li>Work collaboratively
