You'll work across multiple therapeutic areas and client accounts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior writers and contributing to the continued growth of our agency.</p> <p>As the Senior Medical Writer you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development of high-quality scientific and medical communications across a variety of healthcare accounts.</li> <li>Translate complex clinical data into clear, accurate, and engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted scientific partner to clients by providing expert editorial guidance and participating in client review meetings.</li> <li>Mentor and develop junior medical writers while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.</li> <li>Partner with multidisciplinary colleagues across AXON and the AVENIR GLOBAL network to deliver integrated healthcare communications solutions.</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented scientific communicator who combines medical expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for producing exceptional work.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead the development of scientifically accurate, strategically aligned medical content across a broad range of healthcare communications materials.</li> <li>Serve as the day-to-day scientific and editorial contact for assigned clients, confidently presenting recommendations and participating in client review meetings.</li> <li>Interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data for healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholder audiences.</li> <li>Monitor therapeutic area developments, clinical research, and regulatory milestones, proactively sharing insights with clients and internal teams.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with account teams, strategists, creatives, and project managers to deliver integrated client solutions.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and external partners.</li> <li>Contribute scientific expertise to proposals, project planning, and new business opportunities.</li> <li>Ensure all deliverables meet AXON's quality standards and comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.</li> <li>Mentor junior writers through coaching, constructive feedback, and scientific knowledge sharing.</li&
