You will be responsible for the customization, extension, and integration of Salesforce, delivering solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.</p> <p class="" data-start="838" data-end="1153">If you're passionate about solving real-world problems through scalable Salesforce solutions and have strong hands-on development skills, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <h3 class="" data-start="1765" data-end="1803"><strong data-start="1769" data-end="1801">Experience & Skills Required</strong></h3> <h4 class="" data-start="1839" data-end="1871"><strong data-start="1844" data-end="1869">Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs</li> <li>Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow</li> <li>Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules</li> <li>Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors</li> <li>Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers on coding standards, design patterns, and troubleshooting</li> <li>Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews</li> <li>Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance requirements</li> <li>Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout</li> </ul> <h4 class="" data-start="1839" data-end="1871"><strong data-start="1844" data-end="1869">Requirements:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, and Salesforce DX</li> <li>Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules</li> <li>Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and governor limits</li> <li>Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies</li> <li>Salesforce Platform Developer I certification requir
