<p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Full Stack Engineer</strong> with a strong focus on <strong>Java</strong> to design, develop, and deliver exceptional software applications that delight our customers. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to enhance software quality and contribute to a collaborative and agile team environment.</p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and deliver working software applications with a focus on <strong>Java</strong> to meet customer needs.</li> <li>Improve software quality using <strong>Extreme Programming (XP)</strong> practices such as code reviews and unit testing.</li> <li>Adhere to the <strong>Software Craftsmanship Manifesto</strong> in all aspects of development.</li> <li>Prepare architectural and technical documents to guide project development.</li> <li>Assist Business Analysts in elaborating user stories to ensure clear requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams on <strong>test automation</strong> and bug fixes.</li> <li>Support DevOps teams in <strong>build and release automation</strong> processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Degree or Diploma</strong> in <strong>Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology</strong>, or related disciplines.</li> <li>Proficiency with version control systems, particularly <strong>Git</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with frontend technologies, including but not limited to:</li> <ul> <li><strong>AngularJS</strong></li> <li><strong>ReactJS</strong></li> <li><strong>TypeScript</strong></li> <li>Mobile app development (e.g., <strong>Swift</strong> and <strong>Android</strong>)</li> </ul> <li>Strong backend development experience, specifically in:</li> <ul> <li><strong>Java/Kotlin</strong></li> <li><strong>Node.js</strong></li> <li>Other relevant stacks (e.g., <strong>RoR, Python</strong>).</li> </ul> <li>Familiarity with low-code application platforms such as:</li> <ul> <li><strong>OutSystems</strong></li> <li><strong>Mendix</strong></li> <li><strong>Pega</strong></li> <li><strong>Appian</strong></li> <li><strong>MS Power Apps</strong>.</li> </ul> <li>Knowledge of agile processes/practices (e.g., <strong>Scrum, Extreme Programming</strong>), continuous integration/continuous deployment, and cloud platforms (e.g., <strong>AWS/GCP/Heroku</strong>).</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Continuous Integration</strong> tools such as <strong>Bamboo</strong> or <strong>TeamCity</strong>.</li> <li>Proficiency in low-code development and wireframing tools, particularly <strong>Figma</strong>.</li> <li>Experience in a Mac/Linux environment, along with familiarity with both <strong>Windows</strong> and <strong>UNIX/Linux servers</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>Design Patterns</strong>, <strong>Unit Testing</strong>, and mobile application development is advantageous.</li> <li>Excellent presentation and listening skills, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</
