In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the <strong data-start="292" data-end="319">end-to-end architecture</strong> of critical systems, ensuring alignment with the organization’s <strong data-start="384" data-end="428">Enterprise Architecture and ICT strategy</strong>.</p> <h4 data-start="433" data-end="465"><strong data-start="438" data-end="463">Your Responsibilities</strong></h4> <ul data-start="466" data-end="1044"> <li data-start="466" data-end="577">Define and design <strong data-start="486" data-end="526">enterprise-level system architecture</strong>, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.</li> <li data-start="578" data-end="713">Translate business requirements into <strong data-start="617" data-end="645">technical specifications</strong> and propose <strong data-start="658" data-end="680">products/solutions</strong> based on enterprise standards.</li> <li data-start="714" data-end="806">Develop and enhance the <strong data-start="740" data-end="766">architecture blueprint</strong> to align business and ICT strategies.</li> <li data-start="807" data-end="939">Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring <strong data-start="855" data-end="890">high-quality code and solutions</strong> throughout the software development lifecycle.</li> <li data-start="940" data-end="1044">Conduct architecture reviews, including <strong data-start="982" data-end="1041">performance tuning, system prototyping, and maintenance</strong>.</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1046" data-end="1080"><strong data-start="1051" data-end="1078">What We Are Looking For</strong></h4> <ul data-start="1081" data-end="1813"> <li data-start="1081" data-end="1189"><strong data-start="1083" data-end="1095">7+ years</strong> of relevant experience, with at least <strong data-start="1134" data-end="1145">3 years</strong> as a <strong data-start="1151" data-end="1186">Tech Lead or Solution Architect</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1190" data-end="1269">Hands-on experience in <strong data-start="1215" data-end="1266">at least 3 full project development life cycles</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1270" data-end="1377">Strong expertise in <strong data-start="1292" data-end="1325">.Net and/or J2EE applications</strong>, with <strong data-start="1332" data-end="1374">excellent data modeling and SQL skills</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1378" data-end="1513">Solid understanding of <strong data-start="1403" data-end="1510">server-side development, SOA (Service-Oriented Architectures), web services, and e-services development</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1514" data-end="1610">Ability to <strong data-start="1527" data-end="1565">analyze complex technical problems</strong> and develop effective, scalable solutions.</li> <li data-start="1611" data-end="1723">Strong <strong data-start="1620" data-end="1646">stakeholder management</strong> skills, with the ability to <strong data-start="1675" data-end="1720">pitch ideas and influence decision-making</strong>.</li> <li data-start="1724" data-end="1813">Results-driven, with a <strong data-start="1749" data-end="1777">customer-focused mindset</strong> and <strong data-start="1782" data-end="1810">strong leadership s
